Mr. Prasser, 76, of Hazlet, died March 14, 2013, at the Arnold Walter Nursing Home, Holmdel. He was born on Jan. 7, 1937, in Jersey City. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran. He is survived by his wife, Judith E. (Hummel) Prasser; a son, Philip O. Prasser; a daughter, Alison Prasser; three stepchildren, Robert E. Munsey, Stacey E. Cacchione and Jeffrey P. Munsey; and nine grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to the Shore Point Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Hazlet. Cremation will be private.
