The Goddard School in the Morganville section of Marlboro is accepting applications for a $10,000 college scholarship through Feb. 11. The Anthony A. Martino Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to one Goddard School alumnus and can be used toward college tuition of the student’s choice. European Wax Center will celebrate the opening of its second Monmouth County location, in Marlboro, with Free Wax Week. The center will offer guests free waxing services to demonstrate its Parisian wax and exclusive four-step process. Reservations are required for the free wax dates which are Dec. 16-18 and Dec. 20. The Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce 82nd annual luncheon meeting and installation of officers and directors will be held on Jan. 11 at the Bella Vista Country Club, Marlboro, at 11:30 a.m. Cost is $35 for chamber members and $40 for nonmembers. The guest speaker will be James W. Hughes, professor and dean of the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
