The Excelsior, Route 9 south, Manalapan, will present a series of Equity Luncheon and Dinner Theater Productions beginning with “Split Ends” in June. Played by eight Equity actors and featuring a collection of characters, “Split Ends” is a whodunit full of original melodies written by Mark Barkan and Bonnie Lee Sanders. This will be the only dinner-theater in New Jersey that employs Actor’s Equity members. The show includes a three-course meal that includes unlimited wine, tax and tip. The show will be performed on June 9 and June 23 at 12:30 p.m. for luncheon, June 20 at noon for brunch, June 13 at 5:30 p.m. and June 26 at 7 p.m. for dinner.
