T&M Associates, an engineering, planning and environmental consulting firm, has announced the promotion of Anthony Panzarino of Freehold to the company’s board of directors.

Panzarino is a senior vice president and structural division manager at T&M Associates, with more than 27 years’ experience in transportation and structural engineering. He is experienced in the management, planning, analysis, design and engineering of multi-disciplined transportation projects. He also has expertise in structural design and engineering of bridges and other structures for transportation projects. He has managed projects for many large transportation agencies, including the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey, New Jersey Department of Transportation, New Jersey Turnpike Authority, Delaware River Port Authority, Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission, Connecticut Department of Transportation and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.

Panzarino lives in Freehold with his wife, two sons and a daughter.

Founded in 1966, T&M Associates is based in Middletown with regional offices in Toms River, Clifton, Moorestown, New Jersey and Plymouth Meeting, Pa.

Animal Health Care of Marlboro will celebrate the opening of its new veterinary hospital with a behind-the-scenes look and a front office tour on Oct. 21 from 5-8 p.m. The evening will also feature dental demonstrations, exam room etiquette, what to expect during a typical examination, rehab/physical therapy treadmill treatments, label reading lessons, calorie counting, a pain prevention practice, plus a look at medical boarding and kitty condos. The Brace Place is participating in its 10th annual benefit for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. For each pound of candy the Brace Place collects from Nov. 2-6, the donor of the candy will be offered $2.
