The Central Jersey Women’s Network will hold a dinner meeting April 8, 6-9 p.m., at the Holiday Inn, Tinton Falls. Michele Borgononi, manager of Shrewsbury Bank in Atlantic Highlands, will discuss how to apply for business loans, what factors the banks take into consideration when making business loans and what information is required to apply for a loan.

Western Monmouth Chamber of Commerce will hold a general meeting on April 22 at 8:30 a.m. in the chamber office, 17 Broad St., Freehold. "The ABCs of Annuities" will be presented by AXA Advisors April 15, 7 p.m., at the Marlboro branch of the Monmouth County Library, 1 Library Court. Topics will include what an annu­ity is, the different types of annuities, ad­vantages and disadvantages, and whom annuities benefit.

Suzanne Kronenfeld, a sales associ­ate in Weichert, Realtors’ Marlboro office, received a regional award in the category of new home dollar volume for February. The region is comprised of 19 offices throughout Ocean, Monmouth and Mid­dlesex counties. The Marlboro office was also recognized in the category of new home dollar volume.

Michael Schneider, a Realtor with Prudential New Jersey Properties, has been awarded the designation of certified residential specialist (CRS) by the Coun­cil of Residential Specialists, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors who receive the CRS designa­tion have completed advanced courses and demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. Less than 4 percent of all Realtors nationwide have the CRS designation. Schneider has been a resident of Marlboro for 23 years and works with his wife, Sue Schneider, also a full-time Real­tor with Prudential New Jersey Proper­ties. Antoinette and Gennaro "Gerry" Pagano have joined the Marlboro office of Century 21 Mack-Morris Iris Lurie.
