LADACIN (Lifetime Assistance for Developmental and Challenging Individual Needs) Network, formerly known as Cerebral Palsy of Ocean & Monmouth Counties, is a non-profit organization that provides a lifetime of programs and services to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities from birth into their 80s. The shirts will help promote the center’s new name on a day-to-day basis.
LADACIN Network supports seven residential facilities, adult programs, schools, and child care for employee and community children. The two major centers are the Schroth Center in Ocean Township and the Lehmann Center in Lakewood. Children ages 3-21 are sent to the Schroth and Lehmann centers from their school districts for the specialized services provided.

Catherine Mandel of Freehold received a resolution from the New Jersey Assembly honoring women in the food service industry. Mandel is a pastry chef at the restaurant Doris and Ed’s, Highlands. The Culinary Education Center is a collaboration between Brookdale Community College, Lincroft section of Middletown, and the Monmouth County Vocational School District, offering an associate in applied science degree in culinary arts and other food preparation and management programs.
