Monroe Sports Center’s Junior Team Tennis League will begin Sept. 11 and run through January and early February 2016. The league, for players 6 to 18 years old, offers players a friendly but competitive format where the main focus is on teamwork and player development.
Matches are Fridays (8:30-10 p.m.) and Saturdays (7-8:30 p.m. or 8:30-10 p.m.) in the Monroe Sports Center’s climate-controlled facility. There are 13 matches per season.
Cost for the league is $315 per player if paid by Sept. 4 or $350 after Sept. 4.
On Sept. 3, there will be an evaluation day for new players from 6-7:30 p.m. Cost is $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
