Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce will host its 83rd annual luncheon meeting and installation of officers and directors from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 10 at Bella Vista Country Club, 100 School Road East, Marlboro. Dr. James Proodian will explain how human resources professionals can begin to implement an internal wellness program for their companies during his presentation, “Stress Management, Depression and Anxiety in the Workplace,” at the monthly meeting of the Jersey Shore Association for Human Resources. He holds undergraduate degrees in public health and nutrition and a Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has earned postgraduate certifications in sports medicine and strength and conditioning.
