Burlington Coat Factory in Freehold Township is collecting donations to support the American Red Cross Haiti Relief and Development Fund. Monetary donations will be accepted at the store, 3684 Route 9 north, and at any of the more than 430 Burlington Coat Factory stores nationwide. Donations to the American Red Cross will support emergency relief efforts to help those affected by the earthquake. Assistance provided by the American Red Cross may include sending relief supplies, mobilizing relief workers and providing financial resources. Donations will be collected through Feb. 17.
Kiddie Academy of Freehold, 89 Village Center Drive, will host open house days from noon to 4 p.m. Feb. 6 and Feb. 20. All prospective students enrolled at the open house will receive a $600 tuition credit and a waived registration fee, a $60 value.
