Stanley Komito, sales associate with the Marlboro/Manalapan office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y., was named No. 1 among the company’s sales associates in Monmouth County for the six-month period ending June 30. He was also named No. 6 in units sold among the company’s 3,600 sales associates throughout 12 New Jersey counties and Rockland for the same six-month period.
Komito was also recently named to the Coldwell Banker International President’s Elite Sales Club and was recognized as the top sales associate in total production, listings sold, and buyer-controlled sales in the office for his work last year.
Komito has been in the real estate business since 1976. He is a certified relocation specialist and new construction specialist. He has held the No. 1 position in total sales for the Marlboro/Manalapan office for 1996 through 2003. He achieved membership in the NJAR Circle of Excellence at the gold level for 2003 and is a member of the Distinguished Sales Club, an honor bestowed on those agents who have earned Circle of Excellence status for 10 years or more.
Barbara Stonnell, host of the weekly financial radio program "Let’s Make Money," announced the opening of her new Morganville office at 253 Route 79. She opens this new office with her daughter and co-host, Anissa Berger, of Morganville. Stonnell, a financial planner for nearly 20 years, will be offering securities through Royal Alliance Associates. Along with her daughter, she also offers insurance products including life, health, long-term care and fixed annuities.
Kathy Anne LoBue, of Freehold, has joined Dumont & Blake Investment Advisors as managing director at the Princeton office.
LoBue has more than 20 years of investment management experience. She comes to Dumont & Blake from JPMorgan Chase Bank in New York, where she was a senior portfolio manager and vice president in the personal asset management division. In this position, she was responsible for managing more than 200 investment and trust portfolios totaling $180 million in assets. Prior to joining Chase, she worked for the JPMorgan Private Bank, where she served as portfolio manager for both domestic and international clients, managing more than $580 million in assets. She also managed the international private banking operation.
LoBue started her career at American International Group managing corporate fixed income. She earned her bachelor of business administration degree from the Bernard M. Baruch College in New York City. She resides with her husband and three sons in Freehold.
Laurie Gambardella, of Manalapan, is the new administrative director of patient care services at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. Monmouth is an affiliate of the St. Barnabas Health Care System.
In her new position, Gambardella is responsible for overseeing the emergency department, various medical/surgical units for hospitalized patients, the cardiopulmonary unit and clinical education.
With nearly 20 years of experience in nursing management, Gambardella joins Monmouth from St. Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York–St. Vincent’s Staten Island, where she served in various managerial positions since 1985.
Gambardella received her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the College of Staten Island and is pursuing her master’s degree in nursing administration from Monmouth University, West Long Branch.
She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing, and the American Organization of Nurse Executives.

Holmdel gastroenterologist and endoscopist Nuri M. Kalkay, M.D., has announced the addition of former New York City physician Bonnie L. Robinson-Gallaro, M.D., to Kalkay’s Holmdel-based practice. Robinson-Gallaro has been in practice since 1992 and is board certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine. Kalkay and Robinson-Gallaro treat conditions such as gastrointestinal bleeding, hepatitis, jaundice, Crohn’s disease, and ulcerative colitis.
