On Nov. 7, RE/MAX Homeland Realtors and Fox Associates (building owners), Freehold Borough, hosted the lighting of their building’s holiday lights. On hand were Mayor J. Nolan Higgins, Councilwoman Sharon Shutzer and Councilman Ronald Griffiths. RE/MAX Homeland’s co-owners Lou Leonardelli and Betty DeVoti, their agents and their families enjoyed wine and cheese with the town officials before the mayor flipped the switch and lit up 42 E. Main St., the borough’s landmark structure. It was a cheerful way to kick-off the season.
