Marlboro seems to have a new crop of leaders with a particular interest in the Freehold Regional High School District. One of our residents exposed the diploma scandal and many others should be thanked for their persistence in righting the wrong.
Meeting after meeting I see the same faces putting themselves out there, asking questions, doing research and caring about the future of our students. These are the people who should be rewarded with our votes.
There are several people running for the position of FRHSD representative this year. Barry Hochberg has been involved for over a year. He is a longtime resident of Marlboro and an involved member of the community. I trust him to be responsible and do the right thing for Marlboro students.
If you don’t take the time to vote, you are not allowed to complain when your kids don’t get the education they need to be competitive and successful in the world.
