Ms. Bailey, 68, of Manalapan, died March 10, 2009, at Bayshore Healthcare Center, Holmdel. She was born in York, Pa., and had resided in Manalapan since 1964. Surviving are two daughters, Joan Ackerman, Jackson, and Patricia Jordan, New Mexico; a brother, Paul Michael Akers, and a sister, Barbara Fegley, both of Utah; and a grandson. Arrangements were under the direction of the Higgins Memorial Home, Freehold.
