“Hip Hoppers Against Drugs” is the theme for the faith-based organization New Life Youth Services in its battle to fight adolescent substance abuse.
The organization is sponsoring a fundraiser talent and fashion show to benefit adolescent substance abuse programs. The event will be held 7-9:30 p.m. June 24 at Monmouth Worship Center, 176 Route 79, Marlboro. A $5 donation will be requested at the door.
In addition to several local retailers, the New Jersey Nets have agreed to donate merchandise for the event.
