PHOTOS COURTESY OF RONI SALKIN The Robert Fiance Beauty School in Perth Amboy offered salon services to women of The Women’s Center at Jewish Family Services of Middlesex County, which has offices in Milltown and Monroe, on Aug. 4. Senior students with more than 600 hours of salon experience treated women to a Day of Beauty, including manicures, pedicures, makeup application, haircuts, hair color and hair styling. The Women’s Center serves displaced homemakers who are working toward achieving economic self-sufficiency.
