The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (MCSPCA) Fur Ball will be held at iPlay America’s Encore Event Center in Freehold on April 20, 6-11 p.m.
Tickets are $150 per person and include an open bar, fine dining, a silent and live auction, and live music by local band Brian Kirk & the Jirks.
After the auction, the games will begin. Games include laser tag, go-carts, indoor rides, arcade games, boardwalk fun and more.
The casual cocktail-attire event benefits the animals at the MCSPCA Homeward Bound Adoption Center in Eatontown.
Those who cannot attend the Fur Ball but still want to support the animals can purchase 50-50 tickets for $10 each at both the Eatontown and Freehold Raceway Mall SPCA locations.
The winner will be drawn the following Monday, April 22, at 1 p.m. at the MCSPCA Homeward Bound Adoption Center in Eatontown. The winner does not need to be present.
This year’s Fur Ball will honor Dylan Lauren, Paul Arrouet and their dog Jersey, who was adopted from the MCSPCA in 2012. Corporate Honoree Townsquare Media will also be in attendance.
Last year’s Fur Ball raised more than $115,000 toward the MCSPCA’s mission to protect and advocate for all animals. The MCSPCA saved 4,217 lives in 2012, a number that continues to grow each year.
