Terrariums will be the topic of the Jan. 10 meeting of the Allentown Garden Club. A representative of Barlow’s Flower Farm in Sea Bright will demonstrate how to assemble these indoor gardens using a variety of containers and plants, and will explain the techniques needed for their placement and display. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at the Allentown Methodist Church on Church Street (next to LaPiazza). All are welcome to attend. The Expressions and Reflections 10th annual recital, hosted by Judie Jensen, will take place at 2 p.m. Jan. 27 at the Millstone Performing Arts Center, 5 Dawson Court, Millstone. The recital will showcase the musical talent of Jensen’s students in piano, guitar and voice. Tickets are available to the public at the door for $20 each. Expressions and Reflections is a company founded to facilitate all facets of music, including performance and teaching. Students range in age from preschoolers to senior citizens.
