REAL ESTATE BRIEFS

RE/MAX One of Monmouth Junction announces that Mamatha Rao has joined the team as a sales associate. Rao is joining RE/MAX One after having interviewed with almost all the agencies in the area. She felt that RE/MAX One understood the complexity of today’s market and the need for agents to be creative and implement out-of-the-box strategies in business. “It’s the only place where information, national level branding, competitive marketing and cutting-edge infrastructure is offered to agents without corporate strings being attached. This enables agents to stay ahead of the curve at every step of a transaction for each and every client,” Rao said. “Buying or selling a property is personal, and making that dream a reality means empowering clients with information, while respecting their sentiments.” She believes in the mantra, “Build relationships and success follows.” Her slogan is “Knowledge. Service. Empowered clients.” She will be assisting the office in the listing and sale of residential properties including new construction, luxury homes, and condominiums as well as land sales, relocation and rental needs. Rao is multilingual and speaks Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Tulu besides fluent English. To contact Mamatha Rao at RE/MAX One, call 732-438-0001 or email her at [email protected].
