Mr. Donnelly, 57, formerly of South Amboy and Sayreville, died April 26, 2013, in Inspira Health Network, Vineland. He was predeceased by his father, Francis Donnelly, and by two brothers, Frank and Thomas Donnelly. Surviving are two children, Frank Donnelly and Kelly Donnelly, both of South Amboy; his mother, Mary Donnelly of Brooklyn, N.Y.; two sisters, Mary Ellen and Catherine; and two brothers, Gerard and Joseph. A memorial service was held at Carmen F. Spezzi Funeral Home, Parlin section of Sayreville.
