Innovative Wellness Center and Nutrition Solutions, 220 Forsgate Drive, Jamesburg, will offer their third annual Community Appreciation Wellness Fair 11 a.m.-2 p.m. May 30.
Many health and wellness services will be offered free of charge. There will be complimentary healthy food. Free services will include chair massages, hydro-massages, body-composition testing with a registered
dietitian, structural and postural evaluations with a chiropractor and questions
and answers with an acupuncturist and fitness professionals.
Admission is free of charge. The event is open to the public.
