Mr. Haflin, 71, of Spotswood, died Sept. 13, 2008, at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick. Prior to retiring in 2002, he was a pressman and printer for Pressman Toys, New Brunswick. Surviving are his wife of 34 years, Sharon Haflin; a daughter, Laurel Haflin, of New York City; a sister, Dorene Haines, of Parlin; and two brothers, Thomas Haflin, of Whiting, and Philip Haflin, of Wallington. Funeral services were held in the Trinity Presbyterian Church, East Brunswick, followed by interment at Hollywood Cemetery, Union. The Brunswick Memorial Home, East Brunswick, handled the arrangements.
