Windsor Ponds is set minutes from Princeton in a wooded West Windsor location with an entrance, right across the street from Mercer County Park with its 18-hole golf course. This new community will feature walking paths and benches plus a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts, all private for residents and their guests. Windsor Ponds will offer award-winning townhomes with two and three bedrooms, including one design with a first-floor master suite. Every house includes a one or two-car garage, and prices will start from the low $200s.
"Windsor Ponds has been designed as a serene world of its own, a true destination for its fortunate residents," says Ara Hovnanian, president and CEO of New Jersey’s leading homebuilder.
The townhomes at Windsor Ponds reflect a cutting edge in national home design. Four very different homes are offered, each with an oversized one or two-car garage. Atrium entry foyers with hardwood floors and two-story dining rooms overlooked by interior balconies can be found. Oversized windows throughout bring in brightness and views. Gourmet kitchens with pantry closets can open to spacious breakfast nooks and formal dining rooms. Living rooms, two-story family rooms and powder rooms also can be found. The first floor can hold a full laundry room and a master suite, complete with a walk-in closet and a superbath.
Upstairs you can find two or three bedrooms if the master suite is on this floor and one or two full baths. Depending upon the house design, this floor can also feature a den and a large loft. Families can personalize their new home to suit their lifestyles from such elements as two-sided fireplaces, dual walk-in closets in the master suite, cathedral ceilings, media walls and much more. "There is little other new construction in West Windsor, and absolutely nothing with Windsor Ponds’ many amenities and value prices," says Mr. Hovnanian.
