Republicans face uncontested race for Township Committee

UPPER FREEHOLD — It was a tie, but they both still won.
Incumbent Republican Township Committeemen Paul Burke and Charles Faber each received 210 votes in the uncontested Republican primary Tuesday to run for two open seats in November.
They will be unopposed in the November general election.
There was a 10-percent turnout Tuesday as 260 registered Republicans voted.
