   June 29, Jonah Ringel, 19, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
   Detectives from the Hunterdon County Prosecutor’s office searched his residence at 1 Allen St., Lambertville, seizing under 50 grams of marijuana and the drug paraphernalia.
   Mr. Ringel was taken to Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of $7,500 bail.
   Timothy Leary, 19, who also resides at the Allen Street address, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released without bail.
Lambertville
   Stacey M. Feldman, 20, of Malvern, Pa., Brian L. Rivera, 20, of Bristol, Pa., Rafael Ruiz Jr., 24, of Bristol and a 17-year-old juvenile female from Levittown, Pa., were charged with various drug offenses following a motor vehicle stop June 18 at about 11:15 p.m.
   Mr. Rivera was driving east on Bridge Street and ran a red traffic light at Bridge and Main streets, police said. He was stopped at Route 29 and Bridge Street.
   Police said they found marijuana and cigars that had been hollowed out and filled with marijuana in the vehicle.
   Ms. Rivera and Mr. Ruiz were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Rivera also was charged with failure to observe a traffic signal, driving with a suspended driver’s license, being an unlicensed driver, no touring privileges and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.
   All were released without bail. The juvenile was released to an adult.
   Chandra D. McMillon, 22, of Trenton was charged with drug offenses, on outstanding warrants and motor vehicle violations June 19 at about 5 p.m.
   Police said Ms. McMillon was operating south on South Main Street and pulled onto Route 29 southbound, disregarding a yield sign and nearly striking a marked police car.
   Police said McMillon’s license was suspended, and the car she was driving had plates on it from another vehicle. A warrant check found Ms. McMillon was wanted out of Lawrenceville for failure to appear – bail was $1084 – and out of Weehawken for failure to appear – bail was $150.
   She was arrested. Police found marijuana and cigars that had been hollowed and filled with marijuana, the said.
   Ms. McMillon was charged with possession of marijuana, having an unregistered vehicle, fictitious tags, failure to yield, driving with a suspended license, having no insurance, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and counterfeit documents. She was turned over to Lawrence Township Police.
   C.A. Niece Lumber Company of Elm Street reported a burglary and theft during the early morning hours of June 27.
   Police said a fenced-in yard was broken into and $7,276 worth of cedar wood, in lengths from 8 feet to 12 feet, was stolen.
   David Staton, 63, was arrested on four outstanding warrants July 1 at about 11 a.m.
   Police said they conducted a random computer inquiry, which showed the driver’s license was suspended. The vehicle was stopped on Bridge Street and a subsequent computer check found the defendant wanted on four outstanding warrants – one from Trenton for $605 and three from Trenton, Pennington and Bordentown, totaling $1338.
   Mr. Staton also was charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, then turned over to Trenton Police.
   Miguel Kazzmark, 34, of Lambertville was charged in connection with a fight at Mitchell’s Cafe July 2 at about 2 a.m.
   Police said the fight at the bar on Church Street involved at least six persons who were intoxicated, but left before police got there.
   Police found Mr. Kazzmark at 7½ N. Union St. He tried to run, then resisted arrest, police said.
   He was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing police and resisting arrest. He was taken to Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of $250 bail.
   Police from West Amwell, New Hope and Solebury Township assisted.
   Lambertville police are investigating damage that was done to landscaping at the Riverwalk Complex at 201 S. Main St. sometime June 24 and 25.
   Police said someone apparently used a saw to cut down a mid-sized tree in the parking lot and then cut several branches off the tree. The vandal also uprooted flowers and dumped several large decorative flowerpots onto the sidewalk and parking lot.
   Riverwalk owner Sean Albert, who reported the vandalism Monday morning, told police he believed the damage was done sometime during the night of Sunday, June 25.
   The vehicles of two Lambertville residents were the targets of egg-throwing vandals Friday night.
   Kristin Wood, 19, of South Union Street was pelted with eggs when she returned to her home at 2:20 a.m. Saturday, June 24. Joseph M, Hayes, 40, of Douglas Street discovered that morning his Ford pickup truck and Ford Explorer had been bombarded with eggs during the night while they were parked in his driveway.
   None of the vehicles suffered any further damage.
   A Lambertville man was arrested and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana June 13.
   Brian J. Carotenuto, 29, was arrested following a 9:23 p.m. motor vehicle stop.
   Mr. Carotenuto, a passenger, was carrying two plastic bags of marijuana and a 4-inch knife, police said. The car was stopped on Route 179 at Hancock Street because the car had an invalid inspection sticker and neither the driver nor Mr. Carotenuto were wearing seat belts, police said.
   Mr. Carotenuto was released without bail.
   David F. Foster of Thorofare, N.J., was charged June 18 with motor vehicle offenses and on outstanding warrants.
   Police said the car was stopped because it had no inspection sticker. The stop on Route 29, revealed two outstanding warrants.
   Mr. Foster posted $630 bail for warrant issued by Long Beach Township and $111 for a warrant issued by Woodbury Township. Both were for failure to appear.
   He also was issued summonses for failing to have his car inspected, having an unclear license plate, having a suspended driver’s license and driving on unsafe tires.
Solebury
   During the past week, police have received 23 complaints of vandalism to mailboxes, box posts, signs and post lights.
   This vandalism is being done by youth riding around after dark. This vandalism is occurring throughout the township.
   If anyone sees anything happening, try to obtain a description of the vehicle and call police.
