Antique truck benefit set by fire company

   HIGHTSTOWN – A feast scheduled for Saturday will help raise money to keep an antique fire truck running.
   The Hightstown Engine Co. #1 is having an "all you can eat" spaghetti dinner from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. that day for the benefit of their 1914 American LaFrance Antique ladder truck. The truck has seen many years of active service in Hightstown, and is a great source of pride for the volunteer members of the company.
   This event will be held in the ballroom of the firehouse at 140 N. Main St. Elevator access is available for those who may need it.
   Tickets may be purchased in advance at a discount rate of $7 for adults, $5 for seniors (55) and children under 12, and free for kids under 5. The cost to purchase tickets at the door will be $8 for adults and $6 for seniors (55) and children under 12, but kids under 5 are still free. There will also be takeout service available.
   The menu will consist of a green salad, bread, spaghetti with or without meatballs, and pudding for desert. Coffee, Tea, and Soda will also be served.
