Joseph J. Reither Jr., 86, died Saturday at home in Port Richey, Fla.
Born in Trenton, he was lifelong resident.
He owned Reither’s garage in Trenton.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and a member of North Trenton American Legion Post 458.
Son of the late Joseph J. Sr. and Jennie Gorman Reither, and husband of the late Ann M. Liptak Reither, he is survived by his wife, Ella Reither; a daughter and son-in-law, Marie and Ray Ferrarin of Lawrenceville; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Elise Reither of Levittown, Pa; a sister, Catherine Wharton of Lawrenceville; and other relatives.
Funeral was from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, Lawrence.
Mass of Christian Burial was at St. Ann’s Roman Catholic Church, Lawrence.
Burial was in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton.
