HIGHTSTOWN Vera I. Howell, 80, died Wednesday, March 7, at The Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Jamesburg, she was a longtime Hightstown resident.
Mrs. Howell was past vice president of the Hightstown chapter of Deborah Foundation and involved with its Cranbury, East Windsor and Roosevelt chapters.
She is survived by two sons, Michael J. Fultz of Hightstown and Mark Greenwood of Corrigan, Texas; special friends Ann Rockoff of Hightstown, Freda and Jack Rockoff, Julie Paten, Joan Williams and James Hammet; grandchildren; and other relatives.
The funeral was held at Mount Olivet Baptist Church, with the Rev. Bernard Fowler officiating.

Arrangements were by Glackin/Saul Funeral Home, 136 Morrison Ave., Hightstown.
