   LAWRENCE — John A. Genovesi, 76, died Saturday, June 2, at Capital Health Systems at Fuld hospital.
   Born in Chicago, he was a longtime Lawrenceville resident.
   He retired in 1990 from the state Department of Transportation and Skillman Rehabilitation Center.
   He was an Army veteran of World War II.
   Son of the late Nicholas Genovesi and Jean Perillo Ball and uncle of the late Edward DiNatale, he is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Daniel Genovesi of Tinton Falls, and John and Lena Genovesi of Yardley, Pa.; a daughter and son-in-law, Marie and William Flynn of Romney, W. Va.; a sister, Marie DiNatale of Robbinsville; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two nephews, Charles DiNatale Jr. and James DiNatale; and aunts and uncles.
   Funeral was held at Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, with the Rev. Edward Doughtery officiating.
   Burial was in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery, Hamilton.
Charles M. Angelo
   WASHINGTON — Charles M. Angelo, 69, died Wednesday, May 30, at home.
   Born in Newark, he was a longtime Edison resident before moving to Robbinsville more than a year ago.
   He retired in 1995 after 42 years with White Consolidated.
   He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
   Son of the late Joseph and Annette Angelo and father of the late Joseph R., he is survived by his wife, Patricia K. Angelo; a daughter and son-in-law, Michele and Jack Fiorello of Princeton; two sisters, Mildred DePasuale of Florida and Joann Caputo of Forked River; and two granddaughters, Brittany and Brooke.
   Funeral was at Kimble Funeral Home, Princeton.
Henry H. Ulrich
   PLUMSTED — Henry H. Ulrich, 81, died Monday, May 28, at CentraState Medical Center. born in Germany, he lived in New Egypt several years.
   He retired as a cabinet refinisher with Bailey’s Architectural Millwork, Lawrence.
   He was an Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Ulrich is survived by his wife, Ada Ulrich; daughters, Debbie of New Egypt and Janet of Pennsylvania; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Henry of Pennsylvania, Robert of Freehold, and Jeff and Christine Ulrich of Wrightstown; eight grandchildren.
   Funeral was at Tilghman Funeral Home.
   Burial was in Brig. Gen. William C. Dole Veterans Memorial Cemetery.

Clarence ‘Mike’ Roberts
   PLUMSTED — Clarence "Mike" Roberts, 73, died Monday, May 28, at home.
   Born in Trenton, he lived in Hamilton 26 years before moving to Plumsted 16 years ago.
   He retired from, and was a longtime member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Association Local 9.
   He served with the Navy and Naval Reserve 22 years and was stationed on destroyers, destroyer escorts and aircraft carriers during World War II and the Korean War.
   Mr. Roberts was a former member of Mercer County Federation of Sportsmen and ETH Sportsmen Club. He was a member of the Woodhue Hunting Club, National Rifle Association, Plumsted Township Republican Club and American Legion. He was a Plumsted Township Committee member and liaison to the Police Department.
   He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Ada G. Roberts; a son, Michael W. of Lawrenceville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Darryl and Ken Moro of Williford, Va., Michele and Butch Robson of Hamilton, and Kim and Don Talarick of Cream Ridge; 10 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
   Funeral was at the chapel of Brig. Gen. William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, with the Rev. George R. Simmons officiating.
   Arrangements were by Tilghman Funeral Home, New Egypt.
John J. Kandrac
   WASHINGTON — John J. Kandrac, 76, died Tuesday, May 29, at Capital Health System at Fuld hospital, Trenton.
   Born in Trenton, he lived in Robbinsville for 44 years.
   He owned an amusement machine business for more than 25 years before retiring.
   He was an usher at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church. He was a founding member and president of Washington Township Lions Club. Mr. Kandrac was chairman of the Jamesburg Project and deputy district governor of District 16B, New Jersey Lions.
   Husband of the late Eileen McGann Kandrac and father of the late Steven Kandrac, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, John Jr. and Marie Kandrac of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; two daughters and a son-in-law, Beverly Effinger of Germany and Karen Kandrac and Charles Rocco of New York; a brother, Aloysious Brownell of Trenton; four sisters, Kathryn Brownell of Trenton, Irene Foy and Barbara King of Hamilton and Margaret Csira of Yardville; and three grandchildren, Jessica, John and Joshua Kandrac.
   Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, 4620 Nottingham Way, Hamilton.
   Burial was in Princeton Memorial Park.

Doris J. McElroy
   EWING — Doris J. McElroy, 77, died Monday, June 4, at Capital Health System at Mercer hospital, Trenton.
   Born in Trenton, she lived in Ewing 50 years.
   Mrs. McElroy was a clerical worker with Thermoid Rubber Co., Trenton.
   She graduated from Hamilton High School in 1941.
   Daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy Curtis Bargholz, sister of the late Alice Miner and wife of the late William J. McElroy, she is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and George Smith; and a granddaughter, Rebecca Lynne Smith all of Ewing; two sisters, Lois Lucidi of Robbinsville and Lillian Bargholz of Morrisville; two brothers, Harry Bargholz of Wilmington, N.C. and Donald Bargholz of Lawrenceville; and nieces and nephews.
   Funeral will be 10 a.m. today from Poulson & Van Hise Funeral Directors, 650 Lawrence Road, Lawrenceville.
   Burial will be in Ewing Church Cemetery.
