Nidia Dantas
Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, has announced Nidia Dantas has been named its Employee of the Month for July. Dantas is co-office manager at Monmouth Health Center, Long Branch.
She was praised by her colleagues for identifying issues, processing improvements and assisting in projects and events at the center’s two locations at 270 Broadway, and the medical center.
Dantas also voluntarily provides translation services for Portuguese patients and family members throughout Monmouth Medical Center.
She has earned national certification in patient access registration, and is licensed as a dental radiologic technician.
Betty Collins
Dantas and her husband, Cipriano, reside in West Long Branch with their 5-year-old daughter Deanna.
Monmouth also announced surgical day-stay nurse Betty Collins has received the Dr. Lester A. Barnett Nurse of the Month Award for July. Collins was cited for her exceptional care.
Collins completed her training at a London nursing school.
She resides in the Wanamassa section of Ocean Township with her husband, Rogie Sanchez.
