Mrs. Osterholz, 64, of Eatontown, died Jan. 25, 2013. She was born in Morristown. She worked for several years at Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft for Gartland Catering. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Bob; two daughters; Carrie Collins, and her husband, Sean, and Heather Ostarticki, and her husband, Chris; a brother, Donald McDonough, of Madison; and several nieces and nephews. A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Clarks Landing Dockside Grill, Point Pleasant. Interment will be private. Memorial donations in her memory can be made to the charity of one’s choice.
