Candidates set for primaries

   Seven area municipalities will hold local primary elections June 3 to determine which candidates in the Democratic and Republican parties will run in the November general election.
   The following is a list of local candidates who have filed to run in this year’s primary elections. The filing deadline was Monday.
Bordentown Township
   There are two three-year seats available on the Township Committee. Incumbents George Chidley and Mark Roselli have filed on the Republican ticket.
   No Democrats have filed for the primary.
Chesterfield
   Incumbent Republican Michael Hlubik will run unopposed for his party’s nomination to run for a three-year Township Committee seat.
   No Democrats have filed for the primary.
Fieldsboro
   Two three-year seats are available on the Borough Council this year.
   Incumbent Democrats Michael Carroll and Richard Lynch, and newcomer Timothy Tyler, have filed to run for their party’s nomination.
   Kevin Raynor has filed to run for nomination on the Republican ticket.
Florence
   Incumbent Mayor Michael Muchowski will run unopposed on the Democratic ticket in the primary for a four-year term as mayor.
   Republican Jerry Sandusky has filed to run for his party’s nomination.
   There are two four-year seats available for a council member-at-large on the Township Council. Incumbent Democrat John Fratinardo and Democrat Elizabeth A. Ryan have filed to run in the primary.
   On the Republican ticket, Joseph G. Meszaros Jr. and Gary E. Olaff have filed to run.
Mansfield
   There are two three-year seats available on the Township Committee.
   Incumbents Charles E. Schubert, a Republican, and Kelly Shea, a Democrat, have filed to run in the respective party’s primary.
   Republicans John R. Bereczki and Randy W. Scragg also have filed, along with Democrats Harry Mansure, Dalpat Patel and Stephen W. Schwartz.
New Hanover
   There are two three-seats available on the Township Committee. Incumbents Dennis Roohr and Maryanne Russell have filed for candidacy. Both are Republicans.
   Democrat Sharon Atkinson has filed to run in the Democratic primary.
North Hanover
   There are two three-year seats available on the Township Committee.
   Incumbents John Kocubinski, and Patrick Kennedy have filed on the Democratic ticket.
   Republicans William Tilton and Michael Moscatiello have filed to run in their party’s primary.
