George A. Umrath, 49, of Pennington died Dec. 4 at the University Medical Center at Princeton.
Born in Trenton, he was a lifelong area resident.
He was a retired merchandising representative for East Coast Credit Company in Hamilton Township. He also was a fisherman, golfer and member of a local pool team.
He is survived by his wife, Jody Umrath; his mother, Helen Umrath of Pennington; mother-in-law Rena Domanski of Hamilton; three sisters-in-law and two brothers-in-law, Karen D. and Gene Dow of Hamilton, Sheri Baird of Raleigh, N.C., and Jeanne and Geoffrey Hogan of Pennington; two nieces, Tracy Baird and Lindsey Hogan; and four nephews, Mark Baird, Ryan Dow and Thomas and Clark Hogan.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
