Jan. 13, Paul W. Levengood, 28, of Clearview Road, Birdsboro, Pa., was charged with for theft and receiving stolen property.
Mr. Levengood was charged in regard to a theft in November 2003 in which a large amount of jewelry was taken.
The investigation led to the recovery of a large amount of the reported missing jewelry.
Mr. Levengood was taken to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 bail.
Two items were stolen from retail shops on Route 202 near Street Road in Lahaska.
Between Dec. 13 and 22, a 4-foot tall bronze urn was stolen from in front of a retailer.
Also stolen from an adjacent store was a 4-foot tall, 700-pound cast iron birdbath.
