‘Bullying and Harassment’ seminar April 23

The training institute at CPC Behavioral Healthcare, Eatontown, will present “Bullying and Harassment in Our Schools and Communities,” April 23 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus, Freehold.

The seminar is open to parents, teachers and professionals. It will be presented by Michael Greene, Ph.D., director of the YCS Center for the Prevention of Violence. Topics include identifying bullying incidents, consequences of bullying, prevention policies, and New Jersey’s Anti-Bullying Law.

Free meal offered

at local church April 13

United Fellowship Baptist Church, 603 Third Ave., Asbury Park, will offer a free hot meal April 13 from 5:30-7:30 p.m., and the second Friday of each month thereafter.
