Carleton McCoy

   HILLSBOROUGH — Carleton "Max" J. McCoy died March 15 at home. He was 67.
   Born in Springfield, Ohio, he lived in Union before moving to Hillsborough in 1979.
   Mr. McCoy was employed at Exxon in Linden and Clinton as an associate senior research chemist for 36 years, retiring in 1993.
   Surviving are his wife, Helen K. (Klunder) McCoy; a son, Jonathan M. of Chevy Chase, Md.; and one daughter, Beth A. McCoy Harrison of Rochester, N.Y.
   A memorial service reflecting his life was held March 20 at the Countryside Funeral Home, Branchburg.
