   A new phase is opening soon at K. Hovnanian’s Lexington Estates in Marlboro, giving interested buyers new opportunities to select luxurious estate homes at this breathtaking community.
   
   Lexington Estates features 82 single family homes. Most have four bedrooms, 3½ baths and a three-car garage, and range in size from 3,500 square feet to more than 4,700 square feet.
   In the new phase, bigger home sites create the opportunity to add optional conservatories, patios and decks. Each spacious home offers ample opportunity for finished basements.
   One of the homes in the community will be a Builders’ Choice home on a wooded home site, which will be available for an October delivery. Turn left on Route 79 South. Travel approximately five miles. Make a left on School Road East (Crown Palace on corner). Stay on School Road East approximately .5 miles. Lexington Estates will be on your left.
   From Garden State Parkway northbound, take Exit 105 to Route 18 north. Travel approximately 10 miles to Exit 25A (Route 79 north). At the first light, make a right onto School Road East (Crown Palace on corner). Stay on School Road East approximately ½ mile. Lexington Estates will be on your left.
