Paul Ruane

   Paul Douglas Ruane, 54, of Monroe, died Sunday, Nov. 7, at home.
   Born in Plainfield, he lived inWatchung before moving to Monroe 25 years ago.
   Mr. Ruane was employed at Value City Furniture, East Brunswick, as a furniture technician.
   One of his greatest loves was fishing with his sons, whether standing in a stream or on the beach. He also enjoyed Sunday afternoon football games.
   His son, Sean Paul Ruane, died on June 16, 2004. He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Anne Marie "Nancy" Lewis Ruane; two sons, Joseph and Brian, both at home; two brothers, Jack of Boulder, Colo., and Kevin of Point Pleasant; a sister, Maragert Terry of Vero Beach, Fla.; and a grandson, Everett Ruane.
   Funeral services will be held today (Friday) Nov. 12, at 8:15 a.m. at the Brunswick Memorial Home, 454 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, followed by a 9 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas the Apostle R.C.
