Prudential New Jersey Properties Hillsborough office Sales Associate Don Hallisey was recently awarded the Senior’s Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council.
As a Senior’s real estate specialist, Mr. Hallisey can help seniors make informed decisions about selling a family home, buying rental property, managing capital gains and estate tax implications of owning real estate, obtaining a reverse mortgage, moving to a senior community, as well as other issues.

Susan Schneider-Baker, a sales associate in the South Brunswick branch office of Weichert Realtors was recognized by the New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR) with a Good Neighbor Award for her community service.
Ms. Schneider-Baker won first prize for her extraordinary commitment to improve the quality of life in her community through the United Presbyterian Church of Jamesburg’s Food Cupboard. She has been working with the Food Cupboard since becoming a member of the church’s board of deacons in 1979.
She organizes volunteers in the collection and monthly distribution of non-perishable food and personal care items that are provided to needy residents in the Jamesburg, Monroe Township, Helmetta and Spotswood areas. A $2,500 donation will be sent to the United Presbyterian Church of Jamesburg, Deacons Food Cupboard in Ms. Schneider-Baker’s name.
