Senior Menus-Jan. 5, 2006

   All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville.
   The value of each meal is $4.60. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine.
   The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.

Regular menu

   Thursday, Jan. 5 — Apple juice, stuffed green pepper, bow tie pasta, zucchini, tossed salad, dinner roll and frozen peach yogurt. Site meeting.
   Friday, Jan. 6 — Cranapple juice, honey glazed chicken, rice with peas, carrots, cucumber salad, six-grain bread and pears. Bingo.
   Saturday, Jan. 7 — Orange juice, tuna salad, rye bread, three-bean salad, fruit, vanilla cookies and milk.
   Sunday, Jan. 8 — Pineapple juice, roast beef, Swiss cheese, wheat bread, potato salad, fruit, pound cake and milk.
   Monday, Jan. 9 — Grape juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs in tomato sauce, broccoli spears, tossed salad, Italian bread and apricots. Bingo.
   Tuesday, Jan. 10 — Apple juice, barbecued rib tickler, scalloped potatoes, spinach with lemon, coleslaw, rye bread and banana. Cards.
   Wednesday, Jan. 11 — Vegetable soup, macaroni and cheese, stewed tomatoes, tropical fruit salad, pumpernickel bread and spice cake. Bingo.
   Thursday, Jan. 12 — Cranapple juice, garlic chicken, saffron rice, asparagus, antipasto salad, six-grain bread and orange. Share a Childhood Memory Day.

   Wednesday, Jan. 11 — Vegetable soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, green beans, tropical fruit salad, pumpernickel bread and spice cake. Bingo.
