The Villagers of Allentown will present “The Jersey Tomato” by Judith Krall-Russo at 10 a.m. March 25 at the Allentown First Aid Squad, 70 Waker Ave., Allentown. The program is free and open to the public. Discover where the tomato originated and why it is one of New Jersey’s favorite crops. Learn about New Jersey’s tomato packing industry.
