Because of the Memorial Day holiday Monday (May 29), the deadline for submission of news copy and letters to the editor for the edition of June 1 will be 2 p.m. on Friday, May 26. Last-minute e-mails (no photos) will be accepted no later than 10 a.m. on May 30, if necessary.
All photos being submitted for that edition should be in this office or e-mailed as jpegs (JPGs) no later than noon, May 26 (Friday).
Those who fax items to us at 466-2123 also should adhere to the deadlines. All news releases and letters to the editor can be e-mailed to us at [email protected]. Again, the same deadlines apply.
