Former East Windsor Mayor Barbara Rothstein is being remembered as a multifaceted, detail-driven person who loved acting and the entertainment industry. Ms. Rothstein, 74, died March 22 at University Medical Center at Princeton.
The township’s police officers have now worked without a contract for 15 months, and no one on either side of the bargaining table is shedding light on the situation.
