Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corp. (Nasdaq: IART), a Plainsboro-based developer of regenerative medicine products, announced that Maureen B. Bellantoni has resigned as the company’s executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective immediately. Ms. Bellantoni informed the company that she was leaving to pursue other interests. John B. Henneman, III, the executive vice president and chief administrative officer of Integra, has been appointed as the acting CFO as the company immediately undertakes a search for a new CFO.
