EAST WINDSOR Mary R. Merovich, 74, died Sunday in Capital Health Systems at Fuld.
Born in Trenton, she lived in the area most of her life and moved to East Windsor 18 years ago. She had been employed with General Motors in Ewing Township as an assembler for 18 years before retiring in 1993. Prior to that, she was a telephone operator for New Jersey Bell Telephone in Trenton for three years, and had also worked as a waitress at Al’s Sandwich Shop in Trenton.
She was a member of the Oyster Harbor Red Hatters.
Predeceased by husband Henry Merovich, parents Joseph and Fannie Nadolny, sister Eileen O’Mara, brother Richard Nadolny and a sister-in-law Ruth Nadolny, she is survived by daughter Maryann Rudziewicz and her significant other, Frank Niblett; sister Marge Poli and her husband, Tony; brothers Joseph Nadolny and Edward Nadolny and his wife, Marilyn; sister-in-law Mary Lou Nadolny; grandchildren Stanley J. Rudziewicz III and his girlfriend, Vanessa Ksell, Kristy N. Rudziewicz and her boyfriend, Christopher Curtis; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. today at the Saul Colonial Home, 3795 Nottingham Way, Hamilton Square. Entombment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Hamilton. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. today at the Colonial Home.
Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
