   NAI Global, an international real estate services firm headquartered in South Brunswick, announced the promotion of three members of its senior management team.
   Bobbi Jean Formosa was named executive vice president-operations, responsible for operations within the firm’s managed network, and works with NAI’s leadership board and corporate management team on strategic planning, performance measurement and implementation. Ms. Formosa joined NAI in 1995.
   Edward J. Finn was named executive vice president & general counsel. In his role as corporate secretary and general counsel Mr. Finn has primary responsibility for all legal matters and contracting for NAI. He helped to develop the business plan for NAI and joined the company in 1999 after 18 years in private legal practice.
   Margaret B. Smith was named senior vice president of finance and controller. She previously served as controller. With the company since 1988, she has served as controller and assistant secretary to the corporation and oversees accounting, finance, administration and human resources.
   Additionally, Ted Parcel has been promoted to executive vice president of corporate services. He previously held the title of senior vice president.
