Caroline Ticse, daughter of Bing and Diane Ticse of Millstone Township, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in public health studies from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, Maryland. Caroline, who is an Allentown High School graduate, was named to the dean’s list for the 2015 spring semester.
