Police blotter

   Juan Dominguez, 24, of Capricorn Drive, and Serviano Perez, 20, of Triangle Road, were charged with disorderly conduct and obstruction after police responded to a report of men fighting at the Falcon Camp on Falcon Road at 1:50 a.m. May 25.
   Mr. Perez was also charged with underage consumption of alcohol.
   Police said they responded to a call that four men were causing a scene at the Falcon Camp and were escorted outside where they continued fighting. When police approached, the four men ran.
   Mr. Dominguez and Mr. Perez were transported to Somerset County Jail when they could not post the $1,000 bail.
   Stephen Seltzer, 18, of Skillman Close, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and failure to keep right after he was pulled over for crossing over the double yellow line on New Center Road and Beekman Lane at 1:27 a.m. May 28.
   Mr. Seltzer was taken into custody after police found a marijuana leaf on the rear driver’s side door and a marijuana stem between the passenger seat and the door.
   Police said they also found a brown leather case on Mr. Seltzer, containing small bags with marijuana residue, in addition to a black leather case in the passenger side door with more bags with marijuana residue.
   Mr. Seltzer was processed and released.
   A Bloomingdale Drive resident reported that someone broke his rear driver’s side window and stole items from his vehicle while it was parked at his home between 6 p.m. May 24 and 7 a.m. May 27.
   The resident reported that a leather jacket, worth $75; a Motor Trend hat, worth $5; and $5 in change were removed from the vehicle.
   A Tudor Court resident reported that someone opened her glove box and dumped out its contents before stealing several items while her vehicle was parked at her home between 8 p.m. May 24 and 9 a.m. May 25.
   The resident reported that a wallet, worth $5; her driver’s license; a black makeup bag, worth $100; and a watch, worth $20, were removed from the vehicle.
   A Garretson Lane resident reported that someone keyed the passenger side door of his vehicle while it was parked at his home between 8 p.m. May 26 and 1:30 p.m. May 27. The damage was valued at $100.
   The owner of Valcheck School Bus on South Branch Road reported that someone broke one of the rear windows of a school bus while it was parked at the business between 4 p.m. May 22 and 7 a.m. May 23. The damage was valued at $200.
