   Calling all grandparents. A grandparents’ support group is now forming for any interested grandparent. It will encompass areas such as lack of contact, estrangement, general issues and other topics of interest to the group. If you are a grandparent and are interested in sharing concerns with others, call Counseling and Therapy Services weekdays from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at 218-9062.

   Hillsborough Planning Boardwill begin its meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the courtroom.
   Women’s Health and Counseling Center are joining together once again for their annual fundraising celebration, the 9th Annual Crab Fest, with Verve Restaurant, 18 East Main St. in Somerville through. July 19. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Women’s Health and Counseling Center care services for women in Somerset County. Reservations are recommended.    Hillsborough Toastmasters Club meets at 7:30 p.m. the first and third Thursday of the month at the Hillsborough Township Municipal Complex on South Branch Road in Hillsborough.    The Hillsborough Rotary Fair runs through July 26 in the field adjacent to Lowe’s Home Improvement store in the Hillsborough Promenade.    Take a hike and enjoy a picnic lunch on July 26 in the Sourland Preserve at Roaring Rocks, one of the most famous boulder fields in the Sourland. Meet at the parking lot at 11 a.m. in the Sourland Preserve in Hillsborough Township off East Mountain Road for a two-hour walk and lunch at one of the more unusual places in the Sourland. Total distance of the round trip is about four miles on well-marked trails. Long pants and sturdy shoes recommended. Bring your lunch, plenty to drink and a camera. Rain date July 27.    Single Mothers Helping Single Mothers A new support group for single mothers meets at Chuck E. Cheese Pizza in the Bridgewater Promenade the first Thursday of the month from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The group’s goal is to help members become the best parents possible through education, group support, group discussion and net-working.    The first graduating class of Manville High School — the Class of 1958 — will hold its 50th class reunion on Oct. 11 at the Mia Sorella Restaurant, North Main Street, Manville.    Reunion plans for Manville High School 1959 classmates are underway to celebrate its 50th class reunion in 2009. Organizers are in the process of trying to locate and contact all class members.
