Robert D. Cragg, 49, of the Pine Motel in Mansfield, was charged April 8 with criminal contempt for fare evasion. Police said they saw him walking on Hornberger Avenue at 11:23 p.m. and found a criminal Trenton warrant in his name for evading fare on NJ Transit. He was released on $750 bail.
