Paul Kieltyka, Hillsborough
At a time when many people are facing difficult financial choices, I want to reassure you of the Somerset Valley YMCA’s commitment to provide membership and services regardless of one’s ability to pay.
We believe it is vitally important for children, families and people of all ages to continue to have access to YMCA membership, fellowship and program opportunities. The Somerset Valley YMCA provides opportunities to build family relationships, reduce stress, improve health and often times just be a place to come for a change of pace.
More than ever we feel it is important to reach out and provide assistance to anyone who needs a little help during this difficult time, especially those who may have experienced a loss of income.
We know that human nature is such that people may be reluctant to ask for help or assistance. That said, we want to emphasize that the Somerset Valley YMCA is first and foremost a charitable organization that is committed to helping the community. Inquiries pertaining to our financial assistance program are treated in a discreet and sensitive manner.
Any of our branch directors or membership directors at our Hillsborough, Bridgewater and Somerville locations can provide you with the information you need to get started. Furthermore, you may contact me directly at [email protected] or 908-722-4567, ext. 612.
The YMCA Board of Directors and staff are committed to providing the best in facilities, programs and services for all of our members of the community. The Somerset Valley YMCA is your YMCA that has been serving the community and achieving our mission of building strong kids, strong families and strong communities.
Please if you need help, let us know.
